FORMS

Forms on our site are easy to create and use. With a little innovation, we have seen churches create all kinds of forms, from simple contact us forms to forms that have drop downs that are used for spiritual gifts tests.

Forms also have "Captcha" capability, which means the user needs to enter a code in order for the form to be sent as an email. This helps prevent spam to the administrator recipient of the form responses.

HTML EMAILS

We offer several templates to help you craft HTML-based email layouts. The system allows you to upload your own HTML layout and email it out like a newsletter. You can embed links that draw people back to your site, such as an event announcement that draws them back to the site to register.

The system is double-opt-in, which is etiquette in direct emailing. The user must add themselves to the newsletter list, such as I want to sign up for the Men's ministry news. Then when they receive emails, at the bottom, they can unsubscribe, if they care to not receive the emails.

You don't have to manage the list. It is automatic.

The emails can be sent as HTML layouts or text only if you prefer. It's up to you. Schedule them for delivery on your way out the door. Set up multiple categories of email lists for different ministries. Send your messages to cell phones.

The message system is tied in to the event calendar and can send email confirmations of registrations prior to the event.

This message delivery system is indispensible for communicating with the church body.

Our HTML email solution is FREE to use as part of the system and license. Other companies charge anywhere from $15-$225 a month for this feature alone.
